JL Labs, Inc. ("JL Labs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with jllabsinc.com and www.jllabsinc.com (collectively, the "Website").
This Privacy Policy applies only to the JL Labs corporate Website. It does not apply to ReFrame, the ReFrame application, or any other JL Labs product or service that has its own privacy policy.
1. Information We Process
Information collected through the Website
The Website is currently informational. We do not currently offer user accounts, accept payments, or collect personal information through contact forms on the Website.
Technical information
When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the Website. This information may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system;
- referring page or website;
- pages requested and the date and time of the request; and
- security, diagnostic, and error-log information.
This information is generally processed in server or security logs and is not used by JL Labs to build advertising profiles about Website visitors.
Meeting bookings and other communications
The Website may provide a link to a third-party scheduling service. When you select a scheduling link, you will leave the Website and interact with the scheduling provider under that provider's own privacy policy and terms.
If you book a meeting, the scheduling provider may collect information such as your name, email address, company or organization, time zone, selected meeting time, and any information you enter in the booking form. JL Labs may receive the booking details needed to schedule, prepare for, and communicate about the meeting.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, trade secrets, confidential business information, or information about another person in a scheduling form unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.
If you otherwise communicate with JL Labs by email or another channel, we will receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.

We do not use Website information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
At present, JL Labs does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies on the Website to track visitors across unrelated websites or to deliver targeted advertising.
The Website's hosting and security infrastructure may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure, or maintain the Website. Another website or service you visit through a link, including a scheduling provider or ReFrame, may use cookies or similar technologies under the policies that apply to that destination.
If we later add analytics, advertising tools, embedded scheduling, chat tools, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any consent or choice mechanism required by applicable law.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
